The Honeycomb Flow Straightener is one of the primary honeycomb products of Beijing Ander Technologies, mainly used in the design of automotive and aerospace vehicle exteriors. It is primarily installed in the settling section of wind/water tunnel laboratories, serving as a crucial flow conditioning device that improves airflow uniformity, reduces flow angularity, and decreases turbulence in the test section. Within the industry, it is also referred to as an airflow straightene.
Through continuous innovation in manufacturing process technology, Beijing Ander Technologies has developed and produced metallic honeycomb flow straighteners that meet the highest international technical and quality standards. They are not only lightweight and high-strength but can also be manufactured via automation to achieve dimensions as large as 3 meters by 3 meters, thereby reducing additional wind resistance caused by framing.
