Rolls-Royce Certified Process Scope  
1. Chipless Machining  
   Applied to high-precision aeroengine components (e.g., blisks, casings) to reduce material loss and improve surface integrity, in full compliance with Rolls-Royce standards.  

2. NDT & Inspection Methods / Cleaning & Descaling  
   - NDT: Employs Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and other techniques to ensure the absence of hidden defects.  
   - Cleaning & Descaling: Combines chemical and mechanical treatments to meet stringent cleanliness requirements for engine components.  

3. Welding 
   Utilizes high-energy beam welding (e.g., Electron Beam, Laser Welding) and TIG Welding, compliant with AMS and Rolls-Royce specifications. Applied for joining high-temperature alloy components to ensure structural strength and airtightness.
