On September 20, 2025,
Beijing Ander Technologies Co., Ltd. and Labor Union
organized an autumn cultural activity themed
"Roaming Golden Autumn, Enjoying Harvest Joy",
embarking on a journey to Water Great Wall.
——Over 120 employees and family members
visited Huanghuacheng Water Great Wall in Huairou,
amidst the harmony of mountains and waters,
the winding Great Wall,
spending a joyful and warm golden autumn weekend.
01『Morning Departure, Journey into Autumn』
Early morning, employees and family members
boarded company buses and departed on time,
heading towards Water Great Wall, known as
"Scenery beyond the Great Wall, Breeze of Jiangnan",
everyone carrying expectations for autumn mountains,
beginning a day of leisure journey.
Upon arrival at the scenic area, everyone unfolded
the theme banner "Roaming Golden Autumn, Enjoying Harvest Joy",
against the backdrop of verdant mountains and ancient walls,
taking group photos to capture the golden autumn moments.

The Great Wall stands silent, autumn scenery picturesque.
In the embrace of Water Great Wall,
everyone divided into multiple groups,
immersing themselves in this journey
blending nature and history at their own pace.

Persistent Steps, Shared Determination
Colleagues from different departments walked together, ascending stone steps,
passing through watchtowers and battlements.
Stone steps sometimes steep, sometimes gentle, the team maintained rhythm, steps never ceasing.
On this day, the Great Wall was no longer a silent ancient relic,
but became a solid bridge connecting colleagues across departments.
Reaching the heights, autumn breeze brushing by, mountains and rivers unfolding before eyes,
the joy of team companionship and nature's magnificence quietly merged.

Children formed energetic "Exploration Squads".
They were curious about everything in nature
Suddenly appearing little crawlers, agile little geckos on stone walls,
and clearly visible fish in water,
all attracted their constant attention.
Laughter filled the journey, in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere,
both adults and children enjoyed precious time together.

Chestnut Picking Fun, Collaboration as Poetry
Under autumn sun, "Harvest Squads" formed spontaneously,
long poles rising and falling, leaves rustling.
In Huairou's century-old chestnut garden,
thorny chestnut burrs resembled small technical challenges
Wearing gloves was safety protocol, skillful tapping matched process parameters;
Some waved poles "debugging" branches,
Others bent down for "precision picking", seamless workflow connection,
as if moving production line into nature.
When heavy chestnuts fell into baskets, everyone brushed dust off clothes,
simultaneously updating a smoother SOP in mind:
